Analýza a návrh optimalizace výrobního procesu montážní linky

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyse production process and design optimalization based on the management request. Theoretical part describes the basic concept of the production process area and shows methods for its analysis. The practical part of thesis firstly characterizes company itself, then describes the current production process which is analysed to identify the insufficiencies. Based on the findings measures are proposed to minimize them. In conclusion, optimalization proposals are evaluated in terms of both benefits and objectives, as well as in terms of risk.
