Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to present the current process of gyms equipment, to find the problematic (time inefficient) parts, and to make suggestions for changes that will result in new scenarios (new execution options), in which the problematic parts would be made more efficient.
Two methods were used in this thesis. The first one is the PERT method. It is a stochastic method, so it is based on the assumption that the duration of the project is not clearly given. Using this method, the durations of gyms equipment for all scenarios were calculated. The second method used is the AHP method. It is a multi-criteria decision-making method, using this method the options' ranking was determined for all situations (scenarios).
The aim of thesis was met. Rationalization scenarios were proposed and evaluated, the most favourable one was determined, and it can be followed by the contractor when the gym equipment process rationalization starts.
