Tepelná renovace objektu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tepelnou renovací rodinného domu. Úvodní část je věnována problematice energetické náročnosti budov, dotacím, způsobu vytápění a materiálům pro zateplení fasády. Hlavní část je věnována zateplení, výpočtu tepelných ztrát budovy a potřeby roční energie na topení a ohřev teplé vody. V závěru této práce jsou navrženy a srovnány kotle a zároveň vhodnost zateplení z hlediska investice, provozních nákladů a návratnosti investice.

The bachelor thesis concerns of thermal rehabilitation of the family house. The beginning part is devoted to problematic of energy performance of buildings, subsidies, heating methods and materials for thermal insulation of facade. Main part is devoted to thermal insulation of the building, calculation if building heat losses and needs of annual energy for heating and hot water heating. At the end of the work boilets are designed and compared and at the same time the suitability of insulation, operating costs and return of investment is compared.
