Abstract

The main objective of this thesis is to survey, which focused on the evaluation of customer satisfaction with the quality of the products of Cyril's Bakery, Ltd. The theoretical part focuses on defining the basic concepts necessary for understanding of customer satisfaction. The practical part is an analysis of customer satisfaction Cyril's Bakery and information obtained from the questionnaire are evaluated in detail. Based on the evaluation of the proposed measures, changes and strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
