Aspekty zavádění metod štíhlé výroby ve výrobní firmě

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis was to suggest elements of lean production, which would be useful for firm and bring improvements and savings. In a practical part I analyzed current state and noted negative effects, which caused other unwelcome phenomena. Based on these findings I suggested recommendations and improvements, which could prevent these problems. Another equally important issue for effective management is to establish standards. Workers will know how to proceed in making components and how to deal with abnormalities. Management should continually make an effort on improving the processes that ultimately bring expected utility value to the customer.
