Návrh restriktoru v sání spalovacího motoru závodního automobilu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem restriktoru v sání spalovacího motoru pro závodní automobil. V první části je teoretický rozbor spalovacího motoru a popis jeho částí důležitých z hlediska plnění. Poté je podrobněji popsána problematika proudění tekutin s vymezením základních pojmů a definováním rovnic důležitých pro popis a výpočet proudění. Hlavní část obsahuje metodický postup tvorby CFD simulace zvoleného modelu, zhodnocení získaných výsledků a následná definice vlastní geometrie restriktoru s využitím poznatků z předchozí simulace k jeho optimalizaci. V poslední části je zhodnocení získaných výsledků jednotlivých variant a návrhy dalších možných úprav.

The aim of the thesis is to introduce the proposal of an intake restrictor of combustion engine used for the racing cars. The first part is focused on the theory of combustion engine with a description of its components, especially those related to intake system. The second part describes theoretical principles related to fluid flow, defines basic terms and equations important for description and calculation of fluid flow. The main part focuses on the method of creating CFD simulation of chosen model, resumes the results and defines own geometry of the restrictor while using the knowledge from the former simulations for its own optimalization. The last part focuses on resuming the results of different variations and proposals for further possible adjustment.
