Abstract

This thesis examine the impact of the remuneration system to job satisfaction at selected company. The first part describes basic concepts, remuneration, motivation, employees' benefits and total reward. The analytical part specifically describes the current remuneration system. The research goal was to evaluate the remuneration system, assess the organization's intangible remuneration and analyze satisfaction with employee benefits. The survey was conducted through a questionnaire and was supported by a observation. A SWOT analysis was created. On the basis of the acquired knowledge, suggestions and recommendations for the company were proposed.
