Studie zavedení TPM do Vítkovice Hammering a.s.

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on improvement of production line RKS in Vítkovice Hammering, a.s. In the introductory part maintenance activities of the whole maintenance development and some basic terms are specified. Proactive maintenance, which is the newest trend of maintenance management system, is characterized next. The main part of the thesis focuses on incorporating TPM into the system of maintenance of the new production line RKS in Vítkovice, a.s. In the thesis a process of incorporating TPM into maintenance management system in some of the chosen production facilities is indicated. The indicated methodological recommendations for incorporating TPM into practice use the newest knowledge of research and current worldwide development.
