Modifikace 3D tiskárny pro tisk keramických materiálů

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on modification of plastic 3D printer to print ceramic materials. The thesis also includes a design for a system that enables printing on multiple build plates simultaneously without the need for continuous supervision. The introductory section defines the basic requirements and specifics of the problem. Subsequently, a review of existing 3D printer solutions for ceramic printing was conducted, which served as the basis for designing a custom solution. Based on the findings, a requirements specification was compiled, which determined the direction of the design and implementation of individual structural elements and mechanisms. Four design variants were proposed, from which the final variant was selected using multi-criteria analysis. This variant was developed in detail into a 3D model and subsequently implemented. After assembly and optimization, the printer was put into operation and its functionality was experimentally verified. The output of this work is a functional prototype of a modified 3D printer for printing ceramics and complete technical documentation, including a 3D model in STEP format and drawing documentation in PDF format.
