Problematika chemického povlakování niklem

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of recherche issue of chemical coating and evaluation of the current status of electroless nickel. Finishes nickel excretion of chemical processes are used mainly as a functional coating. Its characteristics increase the resistance and surface hardness of the base material. The practical part deals with the investigation of physical and mechanical properties (microhardness) in response to heat treatment chemical secreted Ni coating. For experimental investigations were used nickel plated samples with lower percentage (about 4-6) and higher percentage (about 8-10) phosphorus. Metallographic investigation was noticed change of microstructure and were documented on relate to the thermal regime.
