Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the current situation of employees education and development system in GE Money, to identify the needs of company, teams and individuals, and suggest improvements. This study is dividend into six sections - introduction, theoretical background of employees education and development system, characteristics of the organization, analysis of employees education and development at GE Money, proposals and recommendationsand conclusions. To assess the current situation was used a questionnaire which was filled eighty employees of GE Money. Respondents in both open and closed types of questions themselves were able to suggest possible changes. This questionnaire has been found that the employees of GE Money, Call Center working on the development agenda set perceived assatisfactory and suggest only a greater choice of training. Finally, the suggested recommendations for improving the current trainingand development program, which is the greater use of the coaching staff in the development of GE Money.
