Ladislav Hrabec, Ph.D. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to briefly describe the individual parts of the machine. We will focus on the construction and purpose of the ramming equipment. Furthermore, from a practical point of view analyse recurring faults and solve an unsuitable lubrication system of the ramming equipment. After getting acquainted with the history and principle of coking, the thesis describes a specific area of the extruder. Then the thesis deals with the ramming equipment itself and with the main goals of this thesis, namely to reduce the risk of injury to the equipment operator when refilling lubricants, to increase the reliability of the equipment and also to improve the lubrication control of the ramming machine. Production and assembly of individual components are described from the perspective of the worker
