Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is Elaboration of a Business Plan for the Establishment and Subsequent operation of a Cafe. The partial goals are to prepare all the documents to make it possible to practically implement a completely new cafe after the end of the study and also under the assumption of a favorable epidemiological situation in the town Nový Jičín. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts, then describes the legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, employees in the company and the business plan, including its principles, types and structure. It also describes the analysis of business environment, including the most commonly used tools, which are PEST Analysis, Porter Analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The practical part contains The Business Plan for the Establishemnt of a Cafe, which describes the company including its visions, missions and goals, PEST Analysis, Porter Analysis of five competitive Forces, SWOT Analysis, marketing plan, organizational structure, financial plan and project risks. The final part of the bachelor thesis summarizes all the findings, which where found on the basis of analyzes and calculations in the practical part.
