Podnikatelský záměr na založení kavárny

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení a následný provoz kavárny. Dílčími cíli je připravit všechny podklady k tomu, aby bylo možné po ukončení studia a také za předpokladu příznivé epidemiologické situace prakticky zrealizovat zcela novou kavárnu ve městě Nový Jičín. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů, následně jsou popsány právní formy podnikání v České republice, zaměstnanci v podniku a podnikatelský záměr, včetně jeho zásad, typů a struktury. Dále je zde popsána analýza podnikatelského prostředí, včetně nejběžněji využívaných nástrojů, kterými je PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil a SWOT analýza. Praktická část obsahuje samotný podnikatelský záměr na založení kavárny, kde je popsán podnik, včetně jeho vizí, poslání a cílů, PEST analýza, Porterova analýza pěti konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýza, marketingový plán, organizační struktura, finanční plán a rizika projektu. V závěrečné části bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty veškeré poznatky, které byly na základě analýz a výpočtů zjištěny.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is Elaboration of a Business Plan for the Establishment and Subsequent operation of a Cafe. The partial goals are to prepare all the documents to make it possible to practically implement a completely new cafe after the end of the study and also under the assumption of a favorable epidemiological situation in the town Nový Jičín. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic concepts, then describes the legal forms of business in the Czech Republic, employees in the company and the business plan, including its principles, types and structure. It also describes the analysis of business environment, including the most commonly used tools, which are PEST Analysis, Porter Analysis of five competitive forces and SWOT analysis. The practical part contains The Business Plan for the Establishemnt of a Cafe, which describes the company including its visions, missions and goals, PEST Analysis, Porter Analysis of five competitive Forces, SWOT Analysis, marketing plan, organizational structure, financial plan and project risks. The final part of the bachelor thesis summarizes all the findings, which where found on the basis of analyzes and calculations in the practical part.
