Abstract
This bachelor's thesis focuses on key human resource activities in a small pharmaceutical company XY. The purpose of this work is to analyse the core HR activities, which include job creation and identification of employee competencies, vacancy filling, training, development, assessment and employee rewards. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the basis of HR activities. In the practical part, the analysis of HR activities is carried out by examining the situation directly within the company, as well as through the company's internal documents. On the basis of the analysis of the key HR activities, specific areas and activities requiring improvement are identified. Appropriate recommendations are then proposed that can help the company to manage its human resources more effectively and increase its competitiveness in the pharmaceutical market.
