Abstract

The topic of dissertation is personnel marketing in the field of recruitment at Tieto Czech Ltd. This dissertation is about possibilities how to support increasing number of new applicants for work in this company. My dissertation is focused on analysis of labor market in IT working field and to asses actual state of issue, on analysis of corporate marketing in the field of recruitment, planning of human resources and actual selection process. Finally, on the base of done analysis, there are formulated proposals and recommendations for company which could be used to increase number of potential applicants for work.
