Návrh stlačovacího mechanismu pro výrobu lamp

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the compression mechanism rof the producnions of high-pressure lapmps manufactured by OSRAM Czech Republick ltd factory in Bruntál. Existing compression mechanism is solid by vertically positioned pneumatic actuator. The linkage groups groups by changing the vertical sliding movement on the horizontal (compression jaws). This design is very inaccurate. Compression of outer bulbs is one of the last stages of production. Therefore, it is a very significant financial loss. Designed mechanism achieves high productivity, ease of use and accuracy required.
