Abstract
Purpose of the thesis called "Creation of business plan for founding a vegetarian restaurant" is creation of a business plan for small business. In the first chapter, the main purpose of the thesis is given. The second chapter explains basic concepts of creating a business plan and running small and middle businesses. Third chapter introduces particular business. The fourth chapter contains complete business plan for founding a vegetarian restaurant. Fifth chapter contains suggestions and recommendations for starting businesses. The closing chapter evaluates how well were the goals met.
