| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem této diplomové práce s názvem „Tvorba podnikatelského plánu pro založení vegetariánské restaurace“ je vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení malého podniku. V úvodní kapitole je určen hlavní cíl práce. Druhá kapitola objasňuje základní pojmy týkající se problematiky tvorby podnikatelského plánu, podnikání malých a středních podniků. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje konkrétní podnik. Obsahem čtvrté kapitoly je zpracovaný podnikatelský plán na založení vegetariánské restaurace. Pátá kapitola se týká návrhů a doporučení pro začínající podnikatele. V závěru diplomové práce je provedeno zhodnocení naplnění stanovených cílů. | cs |

In the first chapter, the main purpose of the thesis is given. The second chapter explains basic concepts of creating a business plan and running small and middle businesses. Third chapter introduces particular business. The fourth chapter contains complete business plan for founding a vegetarian restaurant.
