Strategická analýza výrobního podniku s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on designing a suitable plan for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard concept in the company TRESTLES, a.s. The theoretical part discusses the company's performance, methods of financial analysis and characteristics of the Balanced Scorecard method. The practical part then focuses on the analysis of external influences on the company and a detailed assessment of its financial situation. Based on these findings, specific steps are proposed for the successful implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method. This proposal includes a timeline, proposals for the individual steps of implementing the BSC method, and proposals for recommended steps for the company that could improve its position in the market.
