Problematika výpočtu výměníku pro chlazení kompresoru

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodný výměník na využití odpadního tepla z pístového kompresoru o konkrétních parametrech. V textové části jsou shrnuty základní informace o funkci pístových kompresorů a vzniku tepla pří jeho činnosti. Dále jsou v teoretické části popsány výměníky tepla, využití odpadního tepla a měřící technicky pro stanovení základních parametrů kompresoru. V praktické části je popsán postup měření na zadaném pístovém kompresoru a návrh s výpočtem potřebných rozměrů výměníku.

The task of the thesis is to devise an appropriate heat exchanger using residual heat from the reciprocating compressor with specific parameters. The basic information about the function of reciprocating compressors and heat generated from its operations are summarized in the text section. Furthermore heat exchangers, residual heat recovery and measurement techniques to determine the basic parameters of the compressor are described in the theoretical section. The practical part describes the procedure for measurement at a given reciprocating compressor and design exchanger with the calculation of the required size of the heat exchanger.
