Návrh možné úpravy nákladního automobilu pro vybrané činnosti v zemědělství

Abstract

Thesis deals with possible modification of truck for selected operations in agriculture. The first part is about commodities, which are transported. The second part defines possibilities for truck in ZOD Tísek. In the third part is determinated conception of truck on the basis of previous parts. Then engine is chosen and according to torque engine, transmission and driven axles are determinated. Gear ratio is chosen with respect of rule of low consumption of fuel. This concept is verified in dynamic calculations. Then dimensions and requirements of superstructure are determinated. After that specifications of hydraulic system are calculated. On the basis of the superstructures, changes on the frame are determinated in the respect of load of axles and the frame is checked. In the end of third part requirements on the tires, cab and control device are defined. Economic analysis of truck is in the fourth part and there is also economic analysis of truck in conditions of ZOD Tísek. Last chapter summarizes knowledge of former parts.
