Řízení modelu polohovacího stolu pro ultrazvukové svařování automobilových dveří

Abstract

The aim of this project is to perform research in the areas of industrial production processes, design of a machine model and suggestion of its control. The first task is to get acquainted with the issues of the ultrasonic welding process and a device capable of enabling such a process. The following part deals with the analysis of the SOLIDWORKS program, allowing to create 3D models and assemblies, to perform stress tests of objects, to simulate the functioning of the machine model, etc. The following part of the thesis is a design of a positioning table model for ultrasonic welding. The goal is to create a virtual model of real dimensions, and a scaled real one. The virtual model will serve as the beginning for the creation of an industrial machine, the real one - to test control processes. The last part assesses the results and suggests the direction of further project solution.
