Biometrické identifikační metody

Abstract

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis „Biometric Identification Methods“ is the analysis of the most commonly used biometric identification methods in the constabulary-legal and security-trading area. The basic principles of a typical biometric system and its accuracy and error rate are identified, while the most interesting application examples are presented. Furthermore, functioning of biometric technologies is examined in relation to their benefits and disadvantages, and suggestions for their possible usage in the future are explored.
