dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá obecným shrnutím nejpoužívanějších biometrických identifikačních metod v policejně-soudní a bezpečnostně-komerční praxi. Definuje základní principy běžného biometrického systému, popisuje jeho přesnost, chybovost a uvádí nejzajímavější oblasti jeho uplatnění. Práce se dále zaměřuje na principy fungování biometrických technologií, jejich výhody a nevýhody a poskytuje náměty pro jejich využití v budoucnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe subject of the Bachelor's thesis „Biometric Identification Methods“ is the analysis of the most commonly used biometric identification methods in the constabulary-legal and security-trading area. The basic principles of a typical biometric system and its accuracy and error rate are identified, while the most interesting application examples are presented. Furthermore, functioning of biometric technologies is examined in relation to their benefits and disadvantages, and suggestions for their possible usage in the future are explored.en
