Analýza poruch čerpadel

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of pump failures and proposals for their solution. The work was carried out in OKK Koksovny a.s. The first part of the thesis contains the theory and explanation of basic concepts such as maintenance, technical diagnostics, principle of pump operation and multi-criteria decision making methods. On the basis of the chosen objectives, actual measurements on three pumps and further analyses were performed. For the key problems identified and suggestions for improvement are made, which concern the acquisition of a frequency converter and replacement of the pump with a new one.
