Zdanění zaměstnaneckých benefitů v České republice

Abstract

The graduation project is focused on the employee’s benefits, which are provided by employers in The Czech Republic. Firms from the Bruntal region have been chosen for this project because of the high number of unemployed people. The point of the project was, if the high unemployment situation has an effect on the benefits. The project is divided in three main parts. In the first and second part is described the theory part of the project. For instance, the main concepts of the project, legislation, and specific information about the benefits. Finally, the third part of the project is the practical part, which is all about the surveys in the specific firms and final analyzes of the surveys.
