dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce zaměřená na strategickou analýzu firmy popisuje metody a provedení analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy ovlivňující její činnost. Účelem analýz je odhalit kvality a nedostatky podniku. Výstupy z těchto analýz jsou shrnuty pomocí SWOT analýzy do ucelené formy a na jejím základě jsou navržena doporučení pro podnik, která jsou v praxi reálně využitelná a mohla by posloužit jako podklady pro budoucí rozvoj podniku.cs
dc.description.abstractThis master thesis is focused on strategic analysis of a company. It describes the methods and execution of external and internal analyses which influence the company activities. The purpose of these analyses is to reveal the qualities and insufficiencies of the company. The outputs are subsequently summarized in SWOT analysis into comprehensive form and on its basis are given suggestions for the future development of the company.en
