Analýza zbytkových napětí u pedálu motocyklu Indián Scout zhotoveného technologií 3D tisku

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis and measurement of the residual stresses in the brake pedal of the Indian Scout motorcycle, which was produced by selective laser melting in the ProtoLab laboratory. In the first part, a search of the current state of knowledge and analysis in the field of 3D metal printing is performed. Residual stresses were measured at two locations on the brake pedal using a drilling method. Simulation of 3D printing with subsequent analysis of residual stresses was performed in the computer programs Simufact Additive 2021 and Ansys Workbench 2020 R2. In the last chapter, experimental and numerical resaults are compared each other.
