Abstract

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the design of the movement and support mechanism of the double cargo floor of a semi-trailer. The first part outlays the input values and conditions established by the contracting authority. Then the explanation and division of a hoist is provided. The thesis continues with a research, according to which the movement mechanism consisting of screw jacks were chosen. Next, the thesis deals with the design of the support floor mechanism, as well as the inclusion of 3D models and mechanical drawing documentation. Both mentioned mechanisms are checked according to the calculation for the static and dynamic conditions operating conditions. Finally, the thesis contains the conclusion, where a selected movement mechanism is described, and the construction and transmission type of the machinery is designed. The thesis also includes the limiting legislative conditions for operating the semitrailer and the economic evaluation of obtaining and manufacturing both mechanisms.
