Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is the design of the assembly line for the production of water valves at WOCO STV s.r.o. Described is the issue of assembly processes and the principles of lean manufacturing. Further, options for water valve production are described and suitable mounting option. The thesis deals with the design of the deployment of the production stations, detailed description of the assembly times and activities of the individual production stations. The utilization of production stations is calculated. Further, material flow analysis is performed. Designed and described are used technologies, chosen production mechanisms and machines. An economic evaluation was created.
