Racionalizace výroby při obrábění odlitků

Abstract

V úvodu diplomové práce je stručně popsána firma Třinecké železárny a její dceřiná společnost Strojírny Třinec, která se podílí na probíhající generální opravě koksové baterie. Jelikož značná část zařízení je sestavena z odlitků, je hlavním tématem práce navrhnout v daných podmínkách strojírenského podniku parametry,nástroje a pomůcky při obrábění odlitků z šedé litiny, aby bylo dosaženo zkrácení doby související s opracováním vybrané součásti. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny dosažené výsledky s důrazem na ekonomickou stránku. Finanční přínos je vyčíslen na základě porovnání se stávající výrobou.

At the beginning of this thesis is briefly described the company Třinecké železárny and it´s sub-company Strojírny Třinec, which is participating in the ongoing general repair og the coke- oven batteries. Since the considerable part of the machinery is build- up from casting, the main subject is to suggest in the existing conditions of the engineering corporation the parameters, tools and utilities at the machining of casting from the grey cast iron, in order to achieve the reduction of the time associated with the machining of the chosen component. In conclusion, the results are reviewed with the emphasis on the economical side. The financial contribution is specifed on the base of the comparison with the current production.
