Analýza stability výrobního procesu u zaoblení ostří soustružnických VBD

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the Analysis of production process stability for cutting edge preparation of inserts for turning. This thesis was prepared in cooperation with the company Dormer Pramet Ltd, Šumperk. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the stability cutting edge rounding production for two production technologies. The theoretical part describes the company, the production of cemented carbide inserts and the technology of the production of cutting edge rounding. The introduction of the practical part deals with the processing of measured values. Finally, all measured data are evaluated and described in graphs and tables.
