Analýza a návrhy pro výrobní úsek lisování plastů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzy a následné návrhy v úseku lisování plastů. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, které souvisí s praktickou částí práce. Jsou zde popsány pojmy jako Work Breakdown Structure, časový snímek pracovního dne, diagram pohybu pracovníka nebo kalendářní časový fond pracovníka. V praktické části se nachází analýza současného stavu podniku, kde je uvedena například analýza zaměstnanců, sortiment výroby, analýza tržeb a analýza zakázek za dané období. Dále byla provedena analýza časových snímků lisařů na směnách, což následně vede k analýze balení a analýze evidence hotových výrobků. Zde byly zaznamenány nedostatky. K těmto nedostatkům jsou v závěru práce navrženy tři nová řešení těchto problémů.

This thesis focuses on analyses and subsequent proposals in the field of plastic injection molding. The theoretical section describes the basic concepts related to the practical part of the thesis. It covers concepts such as the Work Breakdown Structure, a workday timeline, a worker movement diagram, and a worker’s calendar time allocation. The practical section includes an analysis of the company’s current state, covering, for example, an analysis of employees, the product range, sales, and orders for the given period. Furthermore, an analysis of the time sheets of press operators on shifts was conducted, which subsequently led to an analysis of packaging and an analysis of finished product records. Shortcomings were identified here. In the conclusion of the thesis, three new solutions to these problems are proposed.
