Abstract
This master thesis deals with analysis and assessement of the influence of four different internal structures on the surface quality of components made by additive technology, mainly after machining, but also after the 3D printing and subsequent heat treatment. First part of thesis is focused on theoretical analysis of surfface quality after 3D printing by SLM method, milling and wire cutting by WEDM method. In the second part of thesis are made descriptions of components (samples) used to measure surface roughness, including the entire process of production, heat treatment and machining. The selection and characteristics of the monitored parameters are performer in this part of thesis as well. According to this are samples then compared by their different structures.
