Výroba akustického panelu pomocí aditivní technologie

Abstract

Bc. KOCIÁN, Matěj. Acoustic Panel Production Using Additive Technology. Ostrava, 2025. Diploma thesis. University of Mining - Technical University of Ostrava. Supervisor Ing. Jiří Hajnyš, Ph.D. This diploma thesis deals with the design and production of an acoustic panel using 3D printing technology, specifically the FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) method. The theoretical part discusses the issues of sound generation and measurement, types of acoustic panels and the influence of shape geometry on acoustic properties. Subsequently, the additive manufacturing technology, materials used, CAD modeling and types of fillings are described, the properties of which are graphically compared. In the practical part, the design and printing of an acoustic panel is implemented, including the selection of material, printer and measurement of acoustic parameters using a custom measuring station. The conclusion of the thesis is a technological and economic evaluation of production and a comparison with commercially available alternatives.
