Implementace podmínek pro zřízení AMO dle Part 145 v podmínkách konkrétní letecké společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací podmínek pro zřízení AMO dle Part 145 v podmínkách vybrané letecké společnosti. Úvodní část práce je věnována charakteristice stávajícího stavu letecké společnosti z hlediska zajišťování údržby. Dále práce poskytuje specifikaci podmínek pro vytvoření AMO dle Part 145. Práce je zhotovena ve spolupráci s leteckou společností Elmontex Air a.s., kde byl proveden návrh postupu implementace AMO, což je společně s ekonomickým zhodnocením stěžejní cíl práce. Výsledky této práce by mohly sloužit jako užitečný vstup pro rozhodování vedení společnosti při plánování a strategickém řízení údržby letadel, a přispět tak k udržení a rozvoj její konkurenceschopnosti v rámci leteckého průmyslu.

The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the conditions for the establishment of AMO pursuant to Part 145 in reference to particular company. The introductory part of the thesis is devoted to the characteristics of the current state of the airline in terms of maintenance. Furthermore, the work provides a specification of the conditions for the creation of an AMO according to Part 145. The work is done in cooperation with the airline company Elmontex Air a.s., where a proposal for the AMO implementation procedure was made, which, together with the economic evaluation, is the main goal of the work. The results of this work could serve as a useful input for the decision-making of the company's management in the planning and strategic management of aircraft maintenance, contributing to the maintenance and development of its competitiveness within the aviation industry.
