Abstract

Diploma work points out on problems of specific application of thermal imagers in emergency activity of HZS Czech Republic. Preamble of work familiarises with principes of function of thermal imagers, describes development and evaluates demands for thermal imagers. Next part of work characterizes application of thermal imagers in emergency activity, analyses actions with use of thermal imagers and evalutes possibilities of their service, in the process the emphasis puts on technical interventions. Final part is formulated serviceability of thermal imagers for emergency action, statistic evaluation of number and types of thermal images in HZS Czech Republic.
