dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce poukazuje na problematiku specifického využití termovizních kamer v zásahové činnosti HZS ČR. Úvodní část práce seznamuje s principy funkce termovizních kamer, popisuje vývoj a hodnotí požadavky na termovizní kamery. Další část práce charakterizuje využití termovizních kamer v zásahové činnosti, analyzuje zásahy s použitím termovizních kamer a vyhodnocuje možnosti jejich nasazení, přičemž důraz je kladen na technické zásahy. V závěrečné části je formulována využitelnost termovizních kamer pro zásahovou činnost, statistické vyhodnocení počtů a druhů termovizních kamer u HZS ČR.cs
dc.description.abstractDiploma work points out on problems of specific application of thermal imagers in emergency activity of HZS Czech Republic. Preamble of work familiarises with principes of function of thermal imagers, describes development and evaluates demands for thermal imagers. Next part of work characterizes application of thermal imagers in emergency activity, analyses actions with use of thermal imagers and evalutes possibilities of their service, in the process the emphasis puts on technical interventions. Final part is formulated serviceability of thermal imagers for emergency action, statistic evaluation of number and types of thermal images in HZS Czech Republic.en
