Abstract
The master thesis deals with the structural design of dumper for 70t steel casting ladle designated primarily for maintenance. Introduction is targed to explanation of terms and descriptions of secondary metalurgy, steel casting ladle especially. The work presents structural variants of dumper. Selected design deals with kinematics of the drive rack consisting of hydraulic cylinders coupled with a design and check calculations of components. The conclusion of work is devoted to the description of the proposed facility and FEM caliper calculation.
