Motivace zaměstnanců ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The objective of the thesis is to analyze the satisfaction and motivation of employees in a company AMTPO and then propose steps that could lead to their improvement. The objective is achieved through a questionnaire survey which was focused mainly on factors related to motivation such as job satisfaction, salary, education system, career growth, benefits or communications. Consequently, the analysis of the data was performed. For this purpose it was used statistical methods. In the end the suggestions and recommendations which could lead to the improvement of the current state were indicated.
