Testy keramických řezných nástrojů v podmínkách přerušovaného řezu

Abstract

Bachelor work is concentrates on testing a ceramic cutting tools at interrupted cut settings by turning. First part of bachelor work is concentrates on meeting with ceramic cutting tools (classification, production, advantages). Measurement was done at special fixture for interrupted cut setting simulation. Ceramic cutting tools was supplied by company Kyocera. It was tested four types of tools (KS6000, PT600M, A66N, A65) in two cutting speeds (vc1=408 m.min-1 and vc2=539 m.min-1) in range of feed f=(0,15 – 0,30) mm. The depth of cut was 1 mm. It was tested in the steel 12 050. Watch the shock number depending at cutting conditions was the goal of this work.
