Zpracování podnikatelského plánu vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Zpracování podnikatelského plánu vybrané společnosti‘‘ je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro fiktivní podnik. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na vysvětlení pojmů, které jsou důležité pro začínajícího podnikatele a objasnění právních norem. Praktická část je zaměřena na tvorbu konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro podnik s nabídkou vodních dýmek. Cíl práce byl samotný podnikatelský záměr. Při práci bylo využíváno ekonomických metod pro analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Analýzou SWOT byly objeveny silné a slabé stránky a atraktivní příležitosti. Byly stanoveny největší hrozby projektu. PEST analýza dodala detailní pohled na okolí podniku. V předposlední kapitole je vytvořen finanční plán podniku. Na základě dat poskytnutých od konkurenčních podniků byly stanoveny náklady a předpokládané výnosy. Z výsledků můžeme usoudit, že podniku se bude dařit.

The subject of the bachelor thesis „Processing the business plan of the selected company“ is processing the business plan for a fictitional enterprise. The theoretical part of this thesis is focused on the explanation of concepts, which are important for the beginning entrepreneur and the clarification of legal standards. The practical part is focused on the creation of a specific business plan for the enterprise offering hookahs. The goal of the thesis was the business plan. During the work were used economic methods for the analysis of the external and internal environment of the enterprise. The SWOT analysis discovered strengths and weaknesses, and attractive opportunities. There have been established the greatest threats to the project. PEST analysis added a detailed look at the surroundings of the enterprise. In the penultimate chapter is created the financial plan of the enterprise. Based on the data provided from competing companies were established the costs and projected returns. From the results we can come to the conclusion that the business will flourish.
