This Bachelor thesis describes the construction of stand and wall-bracket for loudspeaker. Research of given problematics according to given parametres and device requirement specification is described in the thesis. Two final concepts were chosen for detail description of functional structure, requirement specifications and morphology matrix processing. One of them was elaborated to full constuction stucture. Individual components were descriped with detail calculations and drawing documentation. Structural analysis of the Wall-bracket was made in Creo Parametric 2.0.
