Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the proposal transfer of the angular momentum of the shaft which is powered by the electric motor. The angular momentum is transfered throught the multiple-disk clutch on the sprocket. The aim of the thesis is sparing significant costs on the repairs of damaged components of the drive in case of overloading. The components which transfer the angular momentum are sized and designed according to the values which result from task of the bachelor thesis. The required pressure force of the multiple-disk clutch we can set with the disc spring with help of a KM nut. In suplement is included the required manufacturing documentation and 3D model of the device.
