The bachelor's thesis focuses on the selection of a suitable aircraft fleet for a newly established Approved Training Organisation (ATO), taking into account the requirements of pilot training from the PPL(A) level up to CPL(A). The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical section outlines the structure of individual training modules according to EASA regulations and provides an overview of aircraft commonly used by Czech ATOs. The practical part applies multi-criteria evaluation of technical and operational parameters of aircraft to select an appropriate fleet composition. Based on the results, an economic assessment of the operational efficiency of the selected types is carried out. The aim of the thesis is to determine an optimal and sustainable aircraft fleet that meets the needs of both basic and advanced flight training.
