Těsnící uzávěr zásobníku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem těsnícího uzávěru zásobníku sypkých hmot. V zásobníku o objemu 3688 [l] bude uskladněn materiál ve formě dřevěných pelet. V úvodní části je zpracována rešerše zabývající se konstrukcí zásobníků a druhy uzávěrů. V následující části je rozbor mechanicko–fyzikálních vlastností dřevěných pelet s následnými technologickými a pevnostními výpočty. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou obsaženy výrobní a sestavné výkresy uzávěru.

The thesis is focused on the plan of sealing discharge of a silo of loose materials. In the 3688 litres silo the material is stored in the form of timber pellets. In the introduction, the research is worked out treating the construction of the silo and the types of discharge. In the following part the analysis of the mechanical-physical qualities of timber pellets with resulting technological and strength computations can be found. In the conclusion of the thesis discharge drawings of producing and compositioning are included.
