Abstract

HRDINA, J. Návrh výroby tepelného výměníku: Diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB - Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta strojní, Katedra mechanické technologie, 2016, 74 s. Vedoucí práce: Hlavatý, I. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou svařování při výrobě tepelného výměníku. V úvodu je popsána firma Promont a.s., kde byl diplomový projekt vypracován. Navazující část popisuje tepelné výměníky, jejich druhy a popis funkce. Dále je obsažen rozbor norem, kterým tepelné výměníky podléhají. Hlavním bodem teoretické části, jsou materiály používané při výrobě tohoto zařízení, jejich vlastnosti, charakteristika a chování za provozních podmínek. Následně je proveden návrh výroby tepelného výměníku zaměřen převážně na problematiku svařování. Hlavním cíl práce je navrhnout technologie svařování tak, aby odpovídaly požadavkům kladeným na toto zařízení, a legislativě, vztahující se na tuto problematiku. Závěr práce obsahuje zkoušky provedené na tepelném výměníku a zhodnocení technických parametrů.

This thesis deals with the issue of welding during a production of a heat exchanger. In the introduction, there is a description of the company Promont a.s. where the diploma project was performed. The following part desribes heat exchangers, their types and functions. Next, there is an analysis of norms included which have effects on heat exchangers. The main point of the theoretical part is the materials which are used for the production of this device, their features, characteristic and behaviour during the working conditions. It is followed by the layout of the prodution of a heat exchanger with the specific focus on the issue of welding. The main purpose of the thesis is to design the technologies of welding so that they match the demands put on the device and the legislation related to the issue. The conlucion of the thesis contains the tests which were performed on the heat exchanger and the evaluation of the technical parameters.
