Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with implementation of selected methods of lean production in REMERX s.r.o. company. The main aim is to find out how lean production works in the company and to suggest its elements that are marginalized in the company. The theoretical part deals with the history of lean production, its core and individual methods that are important for this thesis. The practical part of this thesis focuses on analysis of a current state of the company from the point of view of lean production methods and on finding out the major problems and necessary information, needed for processing of amendatory plans.
