Abstract

This diploma thesis deals as a contrepiece about Design of production line for vulcanizated conveyor belts, suitable for variable range of production. Thesis is completed from an comperhensive overview, basic design, production design and total description of functionalityes and functioning of the industrial production line. Three major chapters are included. In the first the reader may get an overview of actual vulcanizing machines, systems of production and type and usage of common conveyor belts. Second chapter called „technological proposal“ deals mainly with description and reasoning of choosen principe of functiong. Last chapter fully and comperhensively presents the own design results of the machine including various charts, graphical outputs and describes also all suporting elements of the thesis.
